Management Activity reports

You can generate reports to show the status of access certification campaigns in IBM Verify Identity Governance - Container.

Before you begin

Before you proceed to generate the reports, ensure that you have run the data synchronization so that reports reflect the latest details.

Procedure

  1. In the IBM Verify Identity Governance - Container, log in to IM Console. From the main menu, go to ReportsUser and Accounts Reports.
  2. Click the Certification Campaign Management Activity Report link.
  3. Select the Campaign Type as either Account, User entitlement or Any. By default, Any option is selected.
  4. Provide the name of the campaign for which you want to generate the report. To select all campaigns, enter *.
  5. Provide the date range for the report. Select the From and To dates to display the calendar drop downs and select the dates for the report. You cannot go back more than 90 days.
  6. Select the appropriate filters to filter the results. You can search by
    • Performed by
    • Event type
    You can remove the filter by clicking Clear.
    Note: The search fields are case-sensitive.
  7. From the Format drop-down list, select the file format into which you want to export the report, such as CSV or PDF.
  8. Click OK. The Report is generated.
