Changing your personal profile

You can change some of the information contained in your profile. Your profile contains information about you that requires changing, such as your address or work location.

Before you begin

Depending on how your system administrator customized your system, you might not have access to this task. To obtain access to this task or to have someone complete it for you, contact your system administrator.

Procedure

  1. From the Identity Manager Home page, click on View or Change Profile or Change Profile, depending on your system configuration, from the My Profile page.
  2. Click each tab and specify information in the fields.
  3. When you are done specifying the information on the tabs, click OK.
  4. If you have clicked OK, verify the details of your request on the Request Submitted page. Click on the links on the Related Tasks section to review your request or return to the Identity Manager Home page.
