Customizing the title bar

You can change the title bar shown in the web browser when you log in to the IBM Verify Identity Governance administrative console.

Before you begin

Depending on how your system administrator customized your system, you might not have access to this task. To obtain access to this task or to have someone complete it for you, contact your system administrator.

About this task

To customize the title bar, complete these steps:

Procedure

  1. Make a backup copy of the ui.properties file and store the file in a temporary directory.
  2. Edit the ui.titlebar.text property with the title you want to use, and save the file. The default value is blank and displays the text IBM Verify Identity Governance.
  3. Copy the updated file back into the deployed WebSphere® directory. You must restart the IVIG application for these changes to take effect.
