Manage Mitigation Controls

Mitigation is an action used to define a set of suggested policies that can be used to correct a conflicting situation.

We will first create a mitigation. Perform the following steps:

  1. In the main menu, go to Manage Access Risk ControlsManage Mitigation Controls.
  2. Click Add Mitigation.
  3. In Mitigation Details page, provide the following details.
    • Name
    • Description
    • Extended Description
    • Link to the mitigation policy document.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Next, click the kebab menu option (three vertical dots at the end of the record) and click View.
  6. View Details page opens. In the Mitigation controls tab, click the Add Mitigation button.
  7. Search and select one or more mitigation options from the displayed list. Click Add.
