Submit Request for Information
The Manage Activities and Decisions page lists the activities that are assigned to you. You can submit request for information.
Before you begin
An administrator can configure the justification field as mandatory or optional. An administrator can also hide the justification field from the page.
If you want to change the behavior of the justification field, contact your system administrator.

Results
The request is submitted successfully and the changes appear on the Manage Activities and Decisions page.
