Submit Request for Information

The Manage Activities and Decisions page lists the activities that are assigned to you. You can submit request for information.

Before you begin

An administrator can configure the justification field as mandatory or optional. An administrator can also hide the justification field from the page.

If you want to change the behavior of the justification field, contact your system administrator.

Procedure

  1. From the Home page, click Manage Activities.
    The Manage Activities and Decisions page opens and the available activities are displayed.
  2. To submit the request for information:
    • Click Provide Additional Information to provide the additional requested information.

      Requested fields are highlighted with a different color.

      1. Provide the values for all required fields.
      2. Click Save and Continue.
    • In the Request for information section, provide the reason for your decision in Justification.
    • Click Submit.

Results

The request is submitted successfully and the changes appear on the Manage Activities and Decisions page.
