Selecting Successful, Warning or Failure for Multiple Requests
The Manage Activities and Decisions page lists the activities that are assigned to you. Use the page to select successful, warning, or failure for multiple requests at the same time.
Before you begin
About this task
An administrator can accomplish the following tasks:
- Show or hide the user comment field from the page.
- Configure the justification field as mandatory or optional.
- Hide the justification field from the page.
If you want to change the behavior of the user comment or justification field, contact your system administrator.
Select Successful if you completed the work order. Depending on how the workflow is configured, the work order either completes or proceeds to the next step. Select Warning if the work order is only partially complete. If you cannot complete the work order, select Failure.
Procedure

From the Home page, click Manage Activities. The Manage Activities and Decisions page displays the list of available activities.
- Click Select Multiple.
- Select the check box for each request that you want to mark as successful, warning or failure.
- In the User comment section, enter additional comments.
- In the Justification for this decision section, enter the reason for your decision.
- Click Successful, Warning or Failure.
- Click Done.
Results
You successfully marked multiple requests as successful, warning or failure. The changes appear on the Manage Activities and Decisions page.
