Activity Details
You can view the activity details for the pending activities and complete the requests that require your action.
An activity action is displayed. For example, Create Person Activity
or
Modify Person Activity
In the User comment section, provide additional comments. User comments are not applicable for the compliance alert and request for information activity.
If the action is due in 24 hours, the due date text has a red clock icon. Your system administrator can customize the default due date notification period to meet your business needs.
If the first participant does not respond by the due date, the action request is escalated and a message is displayed at on the Activity Details page.
For the approval activity in the Dependent Accesses section, view the accesses that depend on the request that you selected for an approval or rejection. The display of the dependent accesses helps you refine the decisions to either approve or reject the request.
For the work order activity, select Successful if you complete the work order. Depending on how the workflow is configured, the work order either completes or proceeds to the next step. Select Warning if the work order is only partially complete. Select Failure if you cannot complete the work order.
For the compliance alert activity, you can either defer the activity or correct the non-compliance.
For the request for information activity, you can provide additional information for the request and then submit the request.
