Viewing Request Status

You can review the status of requests that you made. You can also review the status of your requests that are made on your behalf.

Before you begin

Depending on how your system administrator customized your system, you might not have access to this task. To obtain access to this task or to have someone complete it for you, contact your system administrator.

About this task

Procedure

  1. From the Home page, click View Requests to open the View Requests page.
    The last 25 requests that you made through Identity Manager Service Center are displayed.
  2. If you do not see the request that you wanted, use the search option or click one of the filters to refine your search.
    You can apply another filter to the search results to refine you search further. You can apply filters until you find the request that you want.
  3. Select the request that you want and click View Details.
    The request number and the justification that you provided for the request are displayed.
  4. If you want to review the information that you provided for the request, click View Details.
    The page that is displayed is a read-only copy of the information that you supplied on the Provide Required Information page, when you submitted the request.
  5. Click Provide Account Information to review the information on the account form.
    You cannot modify any of the information.
  6. Click Back to exit from each page and return to the View Requests page.
