View Access: Select User
The Select User
page lists the users whose
accesses you can view. You can select the users and view their accesses.
By default, the users are sorted by name, but you can sort them by
contact information.
If a user has more than 45 accesses, then the access cards are displayed on another page. You can use the search box to find the user for whom you want to view the access. Type a name or a character string for a user in the box, and click the search icon. All user cards that contain the string are displayed. If you want to return to the full list of users, clear the search box and click the search icon.
To restrict results to subordinates, click Subordinates. The list of users are limited to your subordinates. You can search for specific words within subordinates. To return to the full list of users, clear the search field and select All Persons.
To view the user accesses, click View Accesses.
You can also view your accesses. The Quick Select provides an option to select yourself and view your accesses. To view your accesses, click Select me.
