Displaying custom attributes on the Notes account form

You can display a custom attribute on the Notes® account form.

Procedure

  1. Log on to IBM® Security Identity Manager as an administrator.
  2. In the My Work pane, expand Configure System and click Design Forms. The Design Forms page opens.
  3. Double-click the Account folder in the left pane to expand the list of accounts.
  4. Double-click NotesAccount. The newly added custom attribute is displayed on the Attribute List list.
  5. In the NotesAccount pane, click the tab where you want to place the custom attribute.
  6. Double-click the custom attribute that you want to display in the Notes account form.
The Lotus Notes® Adapter supports the following two custom attributes on the Lotus® Domino® server version 7 or higher:
    • DB2® Account Name
    • LTPA User Name
    Note:
    • You cannot use the listed custom attributes as the value for the CustomEruid registry key.
    • The attributes that are available in the schema, however, not supported by the adapter are ignored by the adapter. You can specify these attributes in the schema, however, do not add these attributes to the CustomAttributes.xml file.
  7. From the Form menu, click Save Form Template.
  8. Click OK to accept the message. The attribute is displayed on the selected tab of the Notes account form.
