Hidden attributes

The FORM CUSTOMIZATION page on IBM® Security Identity Manager displays the Lotus Notes® Adapter attributes for each page with their corresponding attribute names on the Tivoli® Directory server.

The Lotus Notes Adapter also supports attributes that are not displayed on the Notes® account form. You can view hidden attributes from the FORM CUSTOMIZATION page on IBM Security Identity Manager. To view these hidden attributes:
  1. Log on to IBM Security Identity Manager as an administrator.
  2. In the My Work pane, expand Configure System and click Design Forms. The Design Forms page opens.
  3. Double-click the Account folder in the left pane to expand the list of accounts.
  4. Double-click NotesAccount. All the hidden attributes are displayed on the Attribute List.
  5. In the NotesAccount pane, click the tab where you want to place the hidden attribute.
  6. Double-click the attribute that you want to display on the Notes account form.
  7. From the Form menu, click Save Form Template. Click OK to accept the message. The attribute is displayed on the Notes account form.
