Before starting the migration process, the migration program reads the configuration file to verify that all the critical information needed to migrate the previous IBM® Security Guardium® Key Lifecycle Manager is available and correct. This file could not be read.

The migration program fails.

Administrator response

Verify that the file exists and has correct read permissions. This file might have been removed. If the file does not exist, restore the backed up version of IBM Security Guardium Key Lifecycle Manager. Run the migration program again.
