  Explanation
   The second number in the alias range must be larger than
				the first number.

  System action
   No keys are served to LTO tape drives.

  Administrator response
   Specify a valid range for the keyAliasList parameter of
				the symmetricKeyset property in the
				SKLMConfig.properties file. If this is a manual
				change, you must restart the IBM Security Guardium Key Lifecycle
				Manager server. Then, try the operation again.
