Logs in IBM Storage Fusion HCI System
The IBM Storage Fusion HCI System has in-built log capability to collect the logs. You can configure and manage the log package by using both the user interface and APIs.
You can create your log package by using one or more component logs. IBM may also request you for logs from IBM Storage Fusion HCI System when troubleshooting a support case. You may be asked to collect a particular set of logs package and upload the log package to an IBM site. The IBM Storage Fusion HCI System gathers the current logs and includes them in a compressed archive file. Decompress the collected log zip file and use the sub-folders and files as diagnostic data to resolve issues or errors in IBM Storage Fusion HCI System. If you have enabled Call Home, then the system automatically collects appropriate log packages and raises a IBM Support ticket.
