Error conditions
The error message can be for the following conditions:
- IMM

Failed to connect to IMM for changing the default user's password.
- Unable to login to IMM of new node.

Unable to connect or log in to the IMM of new node.

Unable to create remote OneCli connection with IMM.

Unable to create remote OneCli connection with IMM using LLA.

Connected the cable to an empty port of the management switch 1 that is not configured.

Failed to change the default user's password after node configuration.
- Other messages

- Onecli executable not found.
- Unable to fetch link local.
- Failed detect system type.

User response
Do the following steps to diagnose the error:
- Do a visual inspection of the physical network connectivity.
- Check that the cables are connected and LEDs show a connected state for the network interface of the node.
- Check whether any device is connected to an empty port of the management switch 1 that is not configured.
- If the issue persists, collect the Network and Nodes logs and contact IBM support .
