  • Modern, standards-compliant browser
  • JavaScript enabled
  • Pop-up blocker disabled for hostname/IP

The following browsers are supported in the current versions of SevOne. SevOne recommends use of the latest version of your preferred (supported) browser.

Tested = Complete UI regression testing completed prior to release of updates.

Important: In addition to the issue(s) mentioned below, please refer to each SevOne Data Insight 8.0.x release notes prior to this release for the list of all issues resolved.
Important: When performing an upgrade to SevOne Data Insight 8.0.2, signature tools must be on the latest version. For example, v2.0.3.
Note: For detailed upgrade instructions, refer to the SevOne Data Insight Upgrade Process Guide. After completing the upgrade, if the kernel version has changed, a reboot is required to load the new kernel and to start all services.

S1NPM-116719: When upgrading from SevOne Data Insight 6.8.x to SevOne Data Insight 8.0.2, old certificate secrets are deleted and then, recreated with the correct expiration times.

S1NPM-116864: Device Summary displays the alternate name of the device as a page title only when alternate name is turned ON on the tenant.

S1NPM-117024: When upgrading from SevOne Data Insight 7.2.x to SevOne Data Insight 8.0.0, Open Telemetry operand does not get deleted anymore.

S1NPM-117025: The removed terraform state key is now excluded and no attempt is made to move it.

S1NPM-117223: Allowed upgrade paths are:
  • If you are on SevOne Data Insight <= 6.8.x, you must first upgrade to SevOne Data Insight 6.8.x. To upgrade to SevOne Data Insight 8.0.0, you must upgrade from SevOne Data Insight 6.8.x to SevOne Data Insight 7.2.x before upgrading to SevOne Data Insight 8.0.0.
  • If you are on SevOne Data Insight <= 6.8.x, you must first upgrade to SevOne Data Insight 6.8.x. From SevOne Data Insight 6.8.x, you can upgrade to SevOne Data Insight 8.0.2 directly.
