SevOne Data Platform Deployment on Nutanix

To deploy IBM SevOne NPM component, NMS, on Nutanix, execute the steps below.

  • Obtain the required IBM SevOne NPM KVM/Openstack .qcow2 image or .ova image from IBM Passport Advantage (https://www.ibm.com/software/passportadvantage/pao_download_software.html) via Passport Advantage Online.
  • Import the image to your Nutanix environment.
  • Based on the interface you use, refer to its related Nutanix guide for reference. For example, if you are using the .ova image in the Prism interface, refer to How to import an OVA image to AHV cluster for details.
    Note: Nutanix has management interfaces like HTML5 (Prism), REST API, and Command Line Interface (aCLI and nCLI) for managing and troubleshooting and maintaining work infrastructure.
