NBAR Reports

Important: As of SevOne NMS 7.1.0, NBAR data collection has been removed however, NBAR reporting on historical data after the upgrade is still supported.

After upgrading to SevOne NMS 7.1 or above, i.e., after removal of NBAR functionality, user must enable NetFlow export on devices that have the NBAR functionality to continue to collect and report on the applications using NBAR and the Application ID field.

NBAR reports enable you to display Network Based Application Recognition report information from the devices where NBAR plugin is already enabled. NBAR examines data from Layer 3 through Layer 7 and classifies traffic by protocol. The NBAR plugin enabled on the device sends NBAR data to SevOne.

To access the NBAR Reports page from the navigation bar, click the Applications menu and select NBAR Reports.
