Teams
The Teams Administration page provides an administrator the ability to create, modify, and/or delete teams using a simple user interface.
From the left navigation bar, click Administer and select Teams.
Tenants
The left panel contains the list of tenants. For example, SevOne, Europa, and Pandora as shown in the screenshot above. Pagination is available to allow you to page through the list of tenants. Also, it has the capability to search the tenants from the tenant list.
Teams
The center panel contains the list of teams that are on the tenant. For example, team Team 1 is on tenant Europa, as shown in the screenshot above. Pagination is available to allow you to page through the list of teams. Also, it has the capability to search the teams from the team list.
Team Details
Use this section to create a new team or modify an existing one.
Modify Team
To modify a team, select a team from the center panel and modify the field(s). Click Save to update the team details.
Create a Team
If a team in the center panel is not selected, you are by default in create team screen. Or, click Create Team to create a new team. Perform the following steps to create a new team.

In the Team Name field, enter the team's name.

Click the Associated Datasources drop-down to select a datasource from the list available.

The following two fields are only available when
- reportVersionsEnabled is set to true for SDI 6.8.x and below
- report_versions_enabled is set to true for SDI 7.0.x and above

In Report Retention Minimum Number field, enter the minimum number of report versions to retain. The default value is 5.

In Report Retention Days field, enter how many days you want the report versions to be retained. The default value is 180 days.

To Use NMS Role ID, toggle the switch to turn it on.

In Search for a user... field, enter text to search on in Available Users or Team Members list.

Select users from Available Users list and move them to the Team Members list so that the users moved are now part of the team selected in the center panel. In the screenshot above, for Tenant = Europa, Team = Team 1, the Team Members in team Team 1 = admin.
Buttons
Create Team
Please refer to section Create a Team for details.
Delete

Select a team from the center panel.

Delete button is now available.

Click the Delete button to delete the selected team.
Duplicate

Select a team from the center panel.

Duplicate button is now available.

Click the Duplicate button to duplicate the selected team.
Restore
Click the Restore button to revert all the changes made.
Save / Save as
When done with creating a new team or modifying an existing one, click Save to save the existing team or Save > Save As to save the new team. The Save / Save As button is available from the upper-right corner. The new team will appear in the center panel.
