You can use the RPM Package Manager to uninstall the IBM® Verify Gateway for PAM.
Procedure
- To uninstall the PAM module for Verify from Linux operating
systems by using the .rpm files, do the following steps.
- Uninstall the IBM PAM module for Verify.
Issue the
following
command.
rpm -e pam-ibm-auth-1.0.7-0.x86_64
- Uninstall the IBM
Auth API for Verify.
Issue the
following command.
rpm -e ibm-auth-api-1.0.7-0.x86_64
- To uninstall the PAM module for Verify from Linux operating
systems by using the .deb files, do the following steps.
- Uninstall the IBM PAM module for Verify.
Issue the
following
command.
dpkg --remove pam-ibm-auth-1.0.7-0.x86_64
- Uninstall the IBM
Auth API for Verify.
Issue the
following command.
dpkg --remove ibm-auth-api-1.0.7-0.x86_64
- To uninstall the PAM module for Verify from AIX® operating systems by using the installp command, do the following step.
- Uninstall the IBM PAM module for Verify.
Issue the
following command.
installp -u pam_ibm_auth.rte
