Deleting a role

You can delete roles that you no longer need.

About this task

When a role that has permissions is deleted, the accounts of all the members of the role are removed from the associated groups on target. The accounts are not deprovisioned from the target.

Procedure

  1. Select Applications > Roles.
  2. Select the Roles tab.
  3. Select the delete icon next to the role name in the Roles table or select the delete icon in the role slide-out window.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete the role.
