You can generate reports in IBM® Verify tenant based on user registration
activity, active registration flows, or apply different filters to classify your preferred data
values or parameters.
Before you begin
- You must have administrative permission or be a member of the
helpdesk group to complete this task.
- Log in to the IBM Verify
administration console as an Administrator.
About this task
Administrators can visualize the consumer usage with the data selected.
You can display the data graphic in either line or bar format.
Procedure

Select .

Navigate to Consumer usage analytics tile. The default field in the
Flow type is User registration insights. Select
View report.
The summary report for the current week displays all events that are related to consumer
usage analytics.

Select the All flows
- Select the dates From and the To which
the limit is the actual present day when you run the report.
- Select Run report.
The results of
Run report are displayed in the dashboard.
There exist different flows where you can visualize your data. You can view the information about
the registration flows in several ways.

Select Filters to filter the results.
You can search by
- Identity
- Filter selection:

- Result: Abandoned and successful
- The table is displayed with the following attributes:

- Event details
- Result
- Time stamp
- Client IP
- Device
- User detail
- Location
You can use any combination of filters to refine your results. Select
Apply
filters to modify the report. The selected filters precede the graph. You can clear the
filters by selecting the
Reset link.
Note: The search fields are
case-sensitive.
- Change the date range for the report.
Select the
From
and
To dates to display the calendar drop downs and select the dates for the
report. You can't go back more than 90 days.
Note: The To date cannot exceed
the current date.

Select Run report to visualize the Data selected.
- Optional: Generate a CSV file for the report.
- Click Generate CSV.
- Follow the directions in Downloading a CSV report.
