Subscription & usage [Preview]
When you sign in to the IBM® Security Verify administration console, navigate to Usage dashboard. The Subscription & usage [Preview] dashboard pulls in data from various sources to give you a single view of your subscriptions, how often they are used, and your available resource units.
- The Subscription & usage [Preview] dashboard is available as a preview release. To provide feedback on this feature, see How to request new features in IBM Security Verify.
- If you have prior subscriptions, they are displayed in the Subscription & usage [Preview] dashboard but you cannot manage the use cases. For these types of subscriptions, see Verify subscription for more details.
- If you need more resource units, use the Price estimator to estimate the cost. Then, take one of the next steps.
- How many users are on my Verify tenant? How many users are there per month? How many new users are there this month?
- How many resource units have I purchased? How many resource units are used and with which use cases? How many resource units are available?
- Which use cases I have subscribed to in my Verify tenant? Which use cases are active and inactive?
Last updated shows when the data in the Subscription & usage [Preview] dashboard was last updated. The data is updated once every 24 hours.

| Total users | Total number of users that are provisioned in your Verify tenant. Click View user details for more information. See Managing users to modify user accounts. |
| Average monthly users | Average number of monthly user Verify logins over the last 12 months, including the number of failed attempts. |
| New users added this month | Number of new users that are provisioned in your Verify tenant this month. Click View user details for more information. |

| Average monthly resource units | Average number of resource units used per month over the last 12 months. For more information, see Resource units. |
| Remaining resource units | Number of resource units that are available to subscribe to extra Verify capabilities over the
total number of resource units you've purchased. Note: A message is displayed when you have reached
80% of your resource limit. Contact your sales representative to increase the limit.

| Subscription details |
Lists the active and inactive subscriptions to use cases. If you plan has a new part number, click Manage use cases to add or remove subscriptions. Use the Price estimator to estimate the cost of the resource units needed per use case. |

| Yearly Active Users |
The percentage of active and inactive users in the last 12 months. Hovering over the graph displays the number of users. The total number of users is also displayed. |
| Monthly Active Users Per Use Case |
The monthly number of active users per use case in the last 12 months. Hovering over the graph displays the number of users per use case. |
| Lifecycle management and governance | |
| Cloud Directory users added and deleted per month | The number of Cloud Directory users added and deleted per month in the last 12 months. Hovering over the graph displays the number of users. |

| Resource unit usage per year |
Number of resource units in the current contract that were used in the last 12 months and the number of remaining resource units that are available. The percentage of resource units used for each use case with an active or inactive subscription are displayed. Note: A message is displayed if you are over your purchased resource units. Contact your sales
representative to increase the limit.

| Resource unit usage per month |
Number of resource units used per month in the last 12 months. The number of resource units used for each use case with an active or inactive subscription are displayed. The contract start and end dates, if within the time range, are also displayed. For more information, see Resource units. |
| Manage use cases |
Lists the available use cases with a description for users with a resource usage license or trial license. Select Active to subscribe to a use case in your tenant. When activating a use case, talk with your sales representative to ensure you are within your resource unit limits. For more information, see Verify subscription. |
