If there's a problem getting the mobile number from Google+ and it's not reflected in the JIT entry of the user, follow these steps.

Procedure

  1. Log in as an administrator and delete the existing JIT entry of the user.
  2. Request the user to log in to Google + at https://plus.google.com and complete these steps.
    1. After logging in, click Profile in the left pane.
    2. Click About in the middle pane.
      The user is taken to the https://aboutme.google.com/?referer=gplus page.
    3. If Personal contact info isn't displayed, click Add info.
    4. Select Personal contact info from the pop-up menu.
    5. Add a mobile phone number in the Phone field.
      Note: If personal contact information exists, make sure that the phone number is correct and includes the country code.
      For example, +919876543210
    6. Select Mobile as the phone type and click OK.
  3. Request the user to log in to Verify by using Google as the identity provider.
    This login creates a new JIT entry for the user with the mobile number.
