Configuring provisioning for MaaS360

Use this task to provision users from Verify to a MaaS360® application.

Before you begin

You need an API key that is generated from MaaS360. You need the following parameters to configure user provisioning in Verify.
  • APP ID
  • Platform ID
  • APP Access Key
  • Billing ID
  • Username and password of your MaaS360 account

About this task

Provisioning provides the following features.
Create new users
Users who are entitled to the MaaS360 application through Verify are also created in the MaaS360 application if they do not exist.
Delete users
When users lose access to the application in Verify, the corresponding users in the MaaS360 application are deleted.

Procedure

  1. Log in as an administrative user to your MaaS360 account.
  2. Contact the MaaS360 Support team for your APP ID, Platform ID, and the App Access Key of your account. The Billing ID is the account ID of your MaaS360 account.
