Managing privacy consents

You can view your privacy consents and the consents of external users.

Before you begin

  • You must have administrative permission to complete this task.
  • Log in to the IBM® Security Verify administration console.

About this task

You can perform the following tasks:

  • Filter the consents.
  • View more details.
  • Delete consents.

Procedure

  1. Select Data privacy & consent > User consents.
    The consents in the policy are displayed with the username, application, purpose or EULA, attribute, access type, user response, and the timestamp of the response.
  2. Filter the consents.
    1. Select Filters.
    2. Select one or more filters.
      You can specify one filter for each category.
    3. Select Apply filters.
    4. Select Reset to remove the filters.
  3. View consent details.
    1. Select the consent that you want more information about.
      The Consent details pop out displays information such as:
      • The client IP address.
      • The location of the client IP.
      • The timestamp when the consent was created.
      • The start and end time of the consent.
  4. Optional: Delete privacy consents.
    1. Select the checkboxes for the consents that you want to delete.
      The delete banner is displayed and shows the number of consents that you selected.
    2. Select Delete in the banner.
    3. Confirm that you want to delete the selected privacy consents and select Delete.
