Managing account synchronization

View the and manage governance account sync operations.

Procedure

  1. Select Applications > Acount synchronization.
    The summary table displays the following categories for each entry.
    • Type
    • Application name
    • Status
    • Start time
    • End time
  2. Optional: Use the search field to sort by an application name.
  3. Optional: Select Filters to filter the entries.
    You can filter by
    Status
    Filter selections are completed, failed, in progress, and cancelled.
    You can use any combination of filters to refine your results. Select Apply filters to modify the report. The selected filters are displayed above the table. You can clear the filters by selecting the Reset link.
  4. Select the row of an application to see the summary details of the entry. The summary include such items as the status, reconciliation ID, application name, and details.
    The details show how many accounts are compliant, non-compliant, unmatched, and failed.
  5. Select Account sync results.
    The accounts are listed by name and status.
    1. Optional: Filter the accounts by compliance status.
    2. Select an account to see whether a remediation action was applied.
    3. Close the Remediation actions panel.
  6. Select View accounts page to see the users of the accounts.
  7. Optional: Remediate the accounts
    1. Select the account you want to remediate.
    2. From the Summary panel, click Remediation options.
    3. Select the remediation option and click Remediate account.
  8. Optional: Select Start account synchronization to perform another synchronization.
