Use this task to manage the Zendesk custom user fields in Account Lifecycle and Account
Sync.
About this task
You can use an application profile to add attributes that are specific to your company that are
set when you add application accounts for your users.
Zendesk refers to custom attributes as user field's field keys.
Procedure

Create an application profile attribute for mapping the User field's Field
key on Zendesk.
- Specify the data type of the profile attribute. See Supported data types for Zendesk custom attributes.

Create an application profile.

When you create the profile, add the profile attribute that you created and specify the
corresponding custom field User field's Field key on Zendesk.
For example,

- Create the application.
- During the application creation process on the Account lifecycle
tab, enable Provision accounts.
- Select the profile that you created
- Under Attribute mapping add the User field's Field key and map it
to the appropriate Verify attributes.
- Complete the remaining steps in Create an
application.
