Viewing and editing an identity agent

View the information about and status of an identity agent, and to make changes to its configuration.

Procedure

  1. Select Entitlements > Identity agents.
  2. Select the tile of the identity agent that you want to view or edit.
    The Agent instances tab displays the settings and details information about the agent. It also provides status information about the agent.
    Note: If the status is unavailable, the external agent instance did not send a health check to the agent bridge within the heartbeat value, typically two minutes. This condition indicates that a problem exists with the external identity agent.
  3. Select Configuration to edit the agent settings.
    For all agents, you can edit the name and description, connection settings, and optional configuration. For agents that are used for authentication, you can also edit the attribute mapping.
    Note: You cannot edit the API credentials.
  4. Select Save changes.
