Confirming the subscription activation or deactivation

The activation or deactivation of the IBM® Verify Adaptive Access subscription within your Verify tenant requires that you reach out to your account planner.

Before you begin

You must have administrative permission to complete this task.

About this task

After you request to activate or deactivate the IBM Verify Adaptive Access subscription, the Verify operations team will take the appropriate action for you. When the process is complete, you receive a notification email that informs you about the availability of the subscription.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the IBM Verify administration console as an Administrator.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Configuration.
  3. Select the Subscription tab.
    A list of the currently active subscriptions for your tenant is displayed.
  4. Verify that the IBM Verify Adaptive Access subscription is listed or removed.
