Starting and stopping account sync

Use this task to reconcile an application's accounts.

About this task

Account sync is enabled on applications for which IBM® Security Verify supports reconciliation only. See Applications that support account synchronization.

Procedure

  1. Select Applications > Applications.
  2. Select the application.
  3. Select the menu icon and select Accounts.
    The summary table displays the following categories for each account.
    • User
    • Account status
    • Account user name
    • Compliance status
    • Date created
  4. Select Start account synchronization.
    After the account sync operation starts, the Stop account sync option is enabled. After account sync operation is completed, the Start account sync option is enabled again.
  5. Select Refresh to see the results of the account sync operation.
  6. Optional: To stop a running account sync operation, select Stop account sync.
