Reassign incidents and tasks

You can reassign open incidents and incomplete tasks from active and deactivated users to another active user.

  1. Navigate to the Administrator Settings.
  2. In the Users tab, click the user's user name then scroll to the bottom of the page to see the details.
  3. In the User Details section, click Reassign Incidents/Tasks.

  4. Choose to reassign all of the user's incidents, tasks, or both by selecting a specific user or group to become the new owner. If the drop-down list is long, click the […] button to filter the user list.
  5. Click Reassign to implement your change.
