My tasks

From a single page, you can view all of the tasks across all cases that are currently assigned to you, or a group of which you are a member.

To view all of your tasks, from the main menu, select My applications > Case Management > My tasks. This provides an aggregate view of all tasks across all cases that are currently assigned to you, for the account. The associated cases are shown in the Case column.

Click the task name to go to the task and view the details. You can click the case name to go to the case, modify the due date, add notes and attachments, and perform actions. To re-assign a task, click inline in the Owner column and select a new owner or group. For more information about managing tasks, see Tasks.

You can also view tasks within specific cases. From the list of cases, click a case and from the Tasks tab, click a task name for details. You can modify the due date, add notes and attachments, and perform actions. The following graphic shows the tasks on the Tasks tab of a particular case.
