Edge Gateway version is unknown

On the Apps tab, the Edge Gateway version appears as Unknown.

When this problem occurs, you might not be able to select the Edge Gateway when you install an app.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
  1. On the Edge Gateway system, run the following command to restart the Edge Gateway: 
    sudo restartAppHost

    If multiple Edge Gateways are detected, you are prompted to select the one that you want to restart.

  2. Wait for the Edge Gateway container to restart.
