Creating a case manually
Cases are created automatically, based on escalation of alerts from QRadar platform. You can also create cases manually, if you have permissions.
To create a new case, click Create case from the right of the list of cases screen and enter the case information. A wizard starts and guides you as you enter the case details and review the recommended actions based on those specifics, as well as forming a case response team. The following graphic shows an example.
