Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics Dashboard displays various charts and graphs for viewing statistical information, depending on your access and permission level.

Access the dashboard by clicking Case Management > Analytics from the menu.

The following is an example of an analytics dashboard with two widgets, Dashboard Header and Cases Over Time By Type.

When you first open the Analytics Dashboard, the default dashboard displays. There are be various, customized analytic dashboards that you can choose to display by clicking the selector icon: This graphic shows the selector icon.

Click Print to access a printable version of the dashboard.

In each table and chart, you can click on the various elements for more information. In addition, you can click on each item in the chart’s legend to display or remove that item from the chart.

If you want to export a chart, click the This graphic shows the menu icon. menu icon and select the format to which you would like to export. You can download it as a JPEG, PNG, or SVG graphic file. Choose Download CSV to export the chart data as a CSV file. You can also print the chart or choose Toggle Data Table to view the chart data.
