If you need to collect logs to send to Customer Support, open the
Console app, and filter by ibm.
High resource consumption
The agent should less than 5% of your CPU and less than 150 MB of RAM. Persistent high CPU or RAM consumption, or continually increasing CPU or RAM consumption might indicate an issue with the agent.
Procedure
If you observe high or continually increasing CPU or RAM consumption for the
keeperi or com.ibm.security.reaqta.es-extension
process, open the Activity Monitor app and collect the
sample and spindump reports for the process. Send the
reports to Customer Support.
