SSP Configuration Manager (SSPcm) Silent Install/Upgrade on Linux

  • Transfer the appropriate SSP Configuration Manager installer (in binary) for Linux to a directory on the Linux machine (e.g. /data/installers/SSPcm).

  • Transfer the C:\download\installer.properties file (in ascii) to the same directory on the Linux machine (e.g. /data/installers/SSPcm).

  • Logon to the Linux machine and navigate to the directory where the installer was located (e.g. /data/installers/SSPcm).

  • Execute the installer by entering:
    sh Linux_X64/SSPcm.V6010.Linux_X64.bin

The SSP Configuration Manager will be silently installed/upgraded into /data/SSPcm because installer.properties was found in the same directory that contained the installer and INSTALLER_UI=silent was specified in the installer.properties file.
