Create an HTTP Policy

About this task

The HTTP policy defines how you impose controls to authenticate a trading partner trying to access an Sterling B2B Integrator server over the public Internet.

To define a policy:

Procedure

  1. From IBM Sterling Secure Proxy, select Configuration from the left hand-side navigation panel.
  2. Click Policies, then in the HTTP Policy tile, click View Policies to display the list of created HTTP policies.
  3. Click Add New + to display HTTP Policy Configuration page.
  4. Type a Policy Name.
  5. Click Save.
