To configure failover support for a Connect:Direct® adapter:

Procedure

  1. Install and create two Secure Proxy engines, two inbound perimeter servers, two outbound perimeter servers, two Sterling External Authentication Servers, and a perimeter server to manage each Sterling External Authentication Server.
  2. Configure the components for each Secure Proxy engine.
