Add SSH Keys to a User Account

About this task

To perform local user authentication for a user account that will be used to access Secure Proxy for SFTP connections, you can associate SSH keys with that account.

To add SSH keys to a user account:

Procedure

  1. Click Credentials from the menu bar.
  2. Expand the User Stores tree.
  3. Click the user store to where the user account is stored.
  4. Select the user account to add the SSH key to and click Edit.
  5. Click the Advanced tab.
  6. Select an SSH Authorized User Key Store from the list or click +to create a new User Key Store. Refer to Create a User Store.
  7. Select the SSH Authorized User Keys that can be used by this user. Use Shift + Ctrl to select multiple keys. SSH Authorized User Keys are sorted in alphabetical order.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Save.
