Introduction to IBM Sterling Supply Chain Business Network Hub
IBM Sterling Supply Chain Business Network Hub is replacing IBM Sterling Customer Center. Everything that you currently do in Customer Center – access your SCBN applications, request mailboxes and mailslots, look up trading partners, and more – you can do in SCBN Hub.
You will be prompted when it is your turn to switch to SCBN Hub. You don't need to do anything until then. Switching is fast and easy, nothing will be lost, and you have a month after you are first prompted to switch to SCBN Hub at your convenience.
What is SCBN Hub like?
- The same access to the applications, data, tools, and settings that you have in Customer Center. You won't need to re-create your account!
- IBMid integration. One account login that you can use for all things IBM, like your SCBN applications, the IBM Support community, and more!
- Improvements for admins. It's much easier to add and manage your users!
