1006 Inter-canister PCIe link failure

Explanation

This error occurs when a node or node canister cannot communicate with its partner by using the PCI Express link across the midplane.

If the system is running in a degraded state with only one node canister online, consider adding Fibre Channel connectivity between the physical ports of the two node canisters. The Fibre Channel connection can restore full redundancy before the midplane connection is restored. The Fibre Channel connection must be between the physical worldwide port names (WWPNs), not the N_Port ID Virtualization (NPIV) WWPNs.

Select the error code on the events page of the management GUI, and then run the fix procedure.
