You can develop custom applications that use the Access Manager for Mobile REST APIs for runtime security services (RTSS).
RTSS is a policy decision point (PDP) that is used to make authorization decisions according to an XACML policy. For an application to enforce authorization policies, use the REST APIs so that a policy enforcement point (PEP) within your application can get authorization decisions from RTSS.
