Enabling ActiveCode for the user
ActiveCodes are short-term authentication codes that serve as second-factor authentication. When an authentication service is ActiveCode-enabled, the user needs an ActiveCode each time they use the authentication service.
Procedure
- Log on to AccessAdmin.
- Search for the user.
- In the user settings, click Authentication services.
- In ActiveCode-enabled authentication service, choose the ActiveCode-enabled authentication services of the new user.
- Enter the user name for the ActiveCode-enabled authentication service.
- Click Add Account.
