Monitoring Safer Payments

Indicators, event log messages, MCI, and APIs can be configured to monitor operations in IBM® Safer Payments.

Status alarm indicators
Status alarm indicators (SAIs) constantly monitor operational parameters.
Key performance indicators
Key performance indicators (KPIs) display in charts and monitor the current activities of the system.
Event log messages
IBM Safer Payments provides over 600 event log messages.
Monitoring interface availability
MCI and Application Programming Interface (API) provide ping requests that can be used to check the availability of the interface on a specific instance.
