Sending information to IBM Support

To reduce the time that is required to resolve your problem, you can send trace and diagnostic information to IBM® Support.

Before you begin

Gather information about the problem. For more information, see Gathering information about a problem. Find the support case number.

About this task

To submit diagnostic information to IBM Support, add the files to your support case.

Procedure

  1. Either create a support case or open an existing one.
  2. Scroll down to the Attachments and Team members section. Click Upload. For more information, see How to Open a Case.
  3. If that fails or you do not have access to the case, use the following link to upload the files to the case: Enhanced Customer Data Repository (ECuRep).
