Viewing a count of scored transactions

Configure and view a count of how many transactions have been scored.

The count includes transactions that are reported for MTIDs (Message Transaction Identification) that are defined as a charging message. MTID identifies the different types of messages that are ingested by the system. Since not all MTIDs are charged, individual messages must be configured properly.

Configuring MTIDs as charging messages

  1. In the user interface, go to Administration > Messages.
  2. Select a message and double-click it.
  3. Select the Charging message check box. If it is cleared, get confirmation that it is only used to provide additional information for decision making and it is not a message that IBM® Safer Payments makes a decision on.

Viewing how many transactions have been scored

  1. Go to Report > Transaction messages.

The row displays a count of all MTIDs (messages) that are marked as charging message for the selected period.

The row shows the total number of transactions that have been counted.
