Take the following steps if the issue involves a system crash.
Procedure
Gather the following information on the server that crashed:

If the instance was started by a service script, gather the following files:
- service log
- iris.service file
- nohup.out
- Gather the operating system logs for the instance, for example,
/var/log/messages.
- Gather the crashed instance's cfg directory, for example,
/opt/ibmsaferpayments_1/cfg.
- Gather the crashed instance's log directory, for example,
/opt/ibmsaferpayments_1/log/.
- Upload the files to the case. For more information, see Sending information to IBM Support.
