How to resolve problems
Use the following process to resolve problems:
- Analyze and describe the problem completely. For more information, see Techniques for troubleshooting problems.
- Check whether the problem has already been reported and fixed. For more information, see Searching knowledge bases and Getting fixes.
- If it has not been fixed, gather information about the problem. For more information, see Gathering information about a problem.
